This also includes filling when applying high adventure base event such as Florida sea base, canoe treks and winter adventure on the Northern tier, camping on Philmount Scout Ranch, and join Philmont Training Center like mountain trek, Trailblazers, Mustangs. It is about strenuous and demanding event. The last is part D where it is required where the participant want to only apply on a high adventure event. After completing the form, it is important to know where to submit the form. The South Texas Council’s risk management policies stated that all candidate of scouting event will submit the form to mail or in person to Flournoy Service Center in accordance to the activity or event that is involved. There is a case when the Medical records cannot be submitted before the participants did not complete any process for check out.
